Heather Frayne, BSW, RSW, RTC, MA in Expressive Arts Therapy, (she/her/they) is a Social Worker and Expressive Arts Therapist living in amiskwacîwâskahikan, also known as Edmonton, Alberta. She is a mental health therapist who dabbles in knitting, canning, pottery, painting, poetry, reading, napping and the regular consumption of dark chocolate.
